Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Hotelavora, an independent information guide to real casino hotels, resort facilities and travel destinations.
1. Adults and lawful use
This guide is intended for adults aged 21 and over. You must follow the laws applicable where you are and the eligibility, identification and age rules of each venue. Where a stricter age restriction applies, the stricter restriction takes precedence. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or submit misleading or harmful correspondence.
2. Our role
Hotelavora is not a casino operator, hotel owner, travel booking agent or payment processor. We do not take bets, run online casino games, accept deposits, collect card details or confirm reservations. Reading a profile, using a link or submitting a contact enquiry does not create a hotel booking or an agreement with a hotel.
3. External bookings
Availability, final prices, taxes, resort fees, deposits, age requirements, cancellation terms and refunds are determined by the hotel or booking provider. Review their terms before committing to a purchase. Only their confirmation establishes a reservation. Changes, cancellations, billing questions and refunds must be handled with that provider.
4. Information and images
Descriptions are general planning information and may become outdated. Facilities, opening times, room layouts and included services can change. Images are illustrative; compare them with the provider's current photographs. Confirm important requirements directly before travelling. We do not guarantee room availability, a particular rate, complimentary services, casino access or a gambling outcome.
5. Names, editorial material and links
Property names, trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion identifies a venue and does not establish ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification or a partnership with Hotelavora. Do not reuse material in a way that infringes the owner's rights. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Correspondence and privacy
Submitting the contact form sends an enquiry to this website for recording and review. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of that enquiry; it does not create a booking or confirm email delivery. Do not include card details, passwords or identity documents. Read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for details.
7. Responsibility and changes
The guide is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for decisions or services controlled by independent providers. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
8. Contact
For website, editorial or privacy questions, email [email protected]. Please identify the page or issue and provide only the details needed to answer your question. For a booking, contact the supplier shown on your confirmation.
